Blooming on the eastward-facing front of our house. Blooming now, when they should wait a few more weeks. No snow this year, either, other than a sugar dusting a few weeks ago, and flurries in December.
Being an island, we re used to four seasons in one day, let alone a year. :) Summer has varied from extreme heat to torrential rain to plummeting temperatures. It would worry me more from an unsteady climate point of view if it wasn't so typical already :)
This year's winter is a bit scary so far...last week even the birds outside started their spring songs. Ever since yesterday the temperatures suddenly dropped...we'll see what happens next. Not a real winter season...
Extremely little snow here in Sweden this winter. Last winter had so much snow and for months! No snowdrops here in Stockholm yet, though, but you hear about a lot of abnormalities from all over the country.
This is realllly interesting. Europe warm too, signs pointing spring there. Up and down and all around in New Zealand...we've had really heavy rain here too, Mrs. C., and spring thunderstorms in winter.
Oh my. Thank you all, and let's cross fingers, press thumbs, whatever good-luck charm might have an effect.

We haven't had any snow in Wmsburg. We've barely even dipped below freezing! Just doesn't seem like winter happened at all.

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.....in march!!!!!
I hope it's snow in march, here in Holland...
I saw the flowers to, this weekend...
Dear Femke,
If there are flowers in Holland, then it must be springtime. Good heavens.
If it snowed here in March, our apple and peach and pear and cherry blossoms would freeze, and we would have no summer fruit!
Perhaps the Aristocat can send us some snow from Finland...
Very best,
Natalie
One day later it's snow here in holland.
It's freezing here, hahaha
Funny. So much for March :}
